Products usually ship within 3 weeks after payment. Custom ordered signs may take longer

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request. We don't ship to Indonesia, Uganda, Singapore, Nigeria or Turkey unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions!!!)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.

Most items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date unless the product description says different. New items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date from ModelRailroadSupply.com. We don't express or imply that any item has a factory warranty. Defective items are replaced or repaired first. If repair or replacement isn't possible then a refund will be given.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or cancelled checks and cancelled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks.


There is a 25% or $5 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $15 minimum restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund. There are NO refunds on Special Order Items.

No returns on Train display cases. Damage must be reported within 14 days of shipment. May be exchanged for same item only.

All returned items must be in the original condition. You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued. An RMA has to be issued before a return will be processed. ALL RMA requests should be emailed to RMA@modelrailroadsupply.com. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
